Use of Cookies

The PAN-PEQ website may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize PAN-PEQ pages, or register with PAN-PEQ site or services, a cookie helps PAN-PEQ to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same PAN-PEQ website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the PAN-PEQ features that you customized.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the PAN-PEQ services or websites you visit.

Security of Your Personal Information

PAN-PEQ has in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online. However, as effective as these measures are, no security system is impenetrable and PAN-PEQ cannot guarantee the security of its database or information supplied over the internet. If you believe there is a breach or interception, please contact the Administrator immediately to take corrective action.

PAN-PEQ uses GeoTrust services.  GeoTrust is an independent, third-party company that provides authentication of Internet services and digital identity. By clicking on the GeoTrust logo, the GeoTrust website will serve up a web page that confirms that PAN-PEQ is "GeoTrust Secured."

Children Under Thirteen

PAN-PEQ does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen without parental consent, unless permitted by law. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to this Statement

PAN-PEQ may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. PAN-PEQ will notify you of changes by posting changes here, or by other appropriate means. Your use of the Services or your provision of personal information to use the Services following such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Do-Not-Track Signals and Similar Mechanisms

Some web browsers may transmit "do-not-track" signals to the websites with which the user communicates. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. Because there currently is no industry standard concerning what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such signals, PAN-PEQ currently does not take action in response to these signals. If and when a final standard is established and accepted, PAN-PEQ will reassess how to respond to these signals.

International Transfers

The Services are headquartered in the United States. Please be aware that if information you provide to PAN-PEQ or that PAN-PEQ obtains as a result of your use of the Services may be collected in your country and subsequently transferred to the United States or to another country in accordance with applicable law. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, international transfer, storage, and processing of your information.
